Ranit is a communications strategist with experience spanning the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She has led high-profile public policy campaigns, managed crisis communications, and served as a spokesperson on complex issues before national media. Known for her strategic expertise, Ranit excels in crafting and executing messaging that advances legislative and advocacy goals for mission-driven organizations. Today, she partners with nonprofits, universities, and foundations to design and implement comprehensive communications strategies that drive impact and advocacy.

Ranit worked in Congress for several Members, including  as Communications Director to Senate Democratic Leader Tom Daschle, where she was his chief communications advisor and lead spokesperson. In the Executive Branch, she led public affairs at the Corporation for National and Community Service (now AmeriCorps), working with the White House and national stakeholders to advance the mission of national service. At the National Women’s Law Center, she directed communications and field efforts, designing strategies for national coalitions on critical issues.

Deeply committed to community engagement, Ranit serves on the boards of Impact100 DC, My Dorm Room, and Washington Hebrew Congregation.
